Meet Emerson
The Emerson sconce embraces the elegance of deep stillness without excess. Each sconce is cast in the purest Swedish glass by skilled artisans with an ancient craft honed for centuries. A sconce for the storm and the sun, our inaugural outdoor wet-rated sconce holds grace and function collectively.
Purity in form
Within the sharp air of winter, the plunge into icy waters, clarity emerges. Each moment strips away the unnecessary, leaving only what is true. The Emerson sconce embraces the elegance of deep stillness without excess. Light, shaped by raw elements, transformed into a beacon of clarity.
Unbound by weather
Our inaugural wet-rated sconce marries engineering precision with quiet elegance. Discreet, custom brass pins and precision-cut slots align with exacting tolerances, creating both a seamless mounting system and an elegant design detail. Emitting 1,400 lumens of radiant light, Emerson is crafted to withstand the elements, offering refined illumination in any setting.
“The Emerson sconce fully envelops the light source, giving the fixture a monolithic presence that feels both sculptural and intentional. There’s a quiet refinement to it, but also a subtle playfulness in how it softens and diffuses the light.”

The process
Born in fire at 2,200 degrees, molten glass is ladled and pressed into a dual part graphite mold. The rapid heat draw imparts a hammered, textured grace with subtle bubbles. Once formed, the shades are annealed for strength and longevity. A sconce for the storm and the sun, our inaugural outdoor wet-rated sconce holds grace and function collectively.

“I was drawn to the Emerson sconce for the way it brought a more youthful, playful energy to our project. It has this refined yet relaxed presence that adds just the right amount of tension, a little bit wabi-sabi, a little unexpected. I love pieces that blur the lines between styles and materials, and this one felt like the perfect counterpoint to the formality of the architecture. It made the whole exterior feel more layered and alive.”
